Your Million Dollar Marketing Plan Made Simple

It’s busy around here at NiceOps HQ as we get ready for the 2016 Planathon.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the past two years and all my lessons learned. Let me tell you, when you’re dealing with an event with 20+ guest stars, 25+ videos and thousands of people participating, there’s a lot going on.

Yes, it’s a bit nuts, but it’s the best possible kind of crazy as I get to help you prep for the the coming year.  Business owners who plan consistently outperform those who don’t.

But if the Planathon has taught me anything for my own business and planning, it’s this:

Business isn’t one-size fits all.

That’s why I encourage you not to focus on everything and anything when you plan for your year ahead.

Instead, get clear on your goals.

Get clear on the results you want to achieve.

From there, we can focus in on the specific activities that will get you to your goals the fastest.

And then when a shiny object catches your eye, you can drive on by! 😉

I’m also a big believer in the old saying it takes a village.  I don’t have all of the answers.  I believe that if we each focus in our zone of genius, our potential for growth is exponential.

That’s the precise reason the Planathon isn’t a one woman show – We all need something a bit different and no one person has all the answers.

Speaking of which, check out the smart CEOs that are going to be on stage during the 2016 Planathon:

  • Whitney English from the Day Designer
  • Jill Stanton from Screw the Nine to Five
  • Courtney Johnson from the Rule Breaker’s Club
  • Nathalie Lussier from AmbitionAlly
  • Denise Duffield-Thomas from Lucky Bitch
  • Hillary Rushford from the Dean Street Society
  • Anne Samoilov from Fearless Launching

The real key is carving out time on your calendar to make room for your future.  Take the time to think about your hopes, dreams, goals and turn that all into something practical that you can action in 2016.  That’s exactly what the Planathon can help you do.

So get ready to plan now, celebrate later starting November 9th.

If you’re keen to get started, join us for the pre-Planathon party on November 2nd. I have special guests joining me to talk about the Planathon, how to get the most out of your experience, and the role it played for them this past year in reaching their goals.

We’ll see you there!!

When you come in contact with people away from the Church, I encourage you to do two rather simple, yet important, things.
